Carus Green golf club has launched its most luxurious accommodation to date, with its newest five-star property being lauded as ‘one of the Lake District’s finest’.  Cleabarrow Cottage, based on the outskirts of Bowness, has been a labour of love for Carus’s owner, Graham Curtin, taking more than 10 months to build and create.  Sleeping 12 people in six spacious bedrooms all with private en-suite facilities, Cleabarrow Cottage features a hot tub, top-of-the-range interiors and appliances over three floors, bi-fold doors that open in full to reveal a heated wraparound veranda and fantastic Lake District views.
